WHITE WINE:

Sweet Adelaide - The first white wine to produced by Stemilt Creek Winery.  Sweet, fresh, and balanced characters. Charming with subtle honey laced and bright fruit with a delightful lemon cake finish which lingers on the palate.    TECH DATA – 2009 Columbia Valley – 67.5% Riesling, 27.5% Gewurztraminer, 5% Chardonnay – 11.69% alcohol.  Shelf talkers.

RED WINE:

2005 Stemilt Hill Red - Lush and fruit forward, with a smooth texture and inviting notes of cherry, fig and chocolate. 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon - Everything a Washington Cabernet Sauvignon should be....A solid core of red currant, black cherry and cedar surrounded by crushed rose and fruitcake notes.
